Sex, Drugs & Tattletaling: What makes your kid trust and talk to you

I’m always advising parents to connect with their young kids as much as possible.

The connection made with a child (from newborn throughout their childhood) really makes a big difference as they get older.

I recently spoke with 2 moms which really got me thinking about trust. They told me about how their kids feel safe enough to talk to them and say what’s going on in their lives.

Building trust with your child is so important.

I tell you why in my video. ~Judy

  1. Love the video blog Judy. Your sincerity shines. Great information for boys are 38 and 36 and it inspired me to make more of an effort to share what’s in their hearts.

  2. Thank you for this post, Judy! I became motivated to spend even more time with my 7-years-old daughter! I really like your blog, whether in writing or in video format 🙂

    1. Thank you for your comment Djamila. I’m so glad it motivated you to spend more time with your daughter. It’s so easy to get distracted and forget that this is in many ways, the most important thing you are doing! I’m sure you will both appreciate the time together.

And I’m glad you like the blog in either format. I’ll probably do some of each. Enjoy the summer! Judy
